Nestled within the serene outskirts of Budhanilkantha, this housing project offers a thoughtful interpretation of modern suburban living, grounding itself in the warmth and permanence of traditional craftsmanship. The development consists of five distinct residences, each unified by a striking brick facade that echoes the earthy tones of the surrounding valley. Rather than imposing itself on the landscape, the architecture utilizes clean, horizontal lines and tiered balconies to create a sense of breathability and openness.

The design prioritizes a humane approach to density, ensuring each home feels like a private sanctuary while remaining part of a cohesive community. Wide glass apertures invite the soft, Himalayan light deep into the living spaces, while integrated greenery along the rooflines and terraces blurs the boundary between the built environment and the lush greenery for which Budhanilkantha is known.
